Through our relationship with Dutch Bros, we were introduced to Cole Valley Partners! They are a development group out of Portland, Oregon who wanted to make sure their projects didn’t die of dysentery along the way. We have provided Civil Engineering services and owner representation for permitting with the city and local utility jurisdictions as required. Currently we’ve gotten 3 sites open in Oklahoma, and one under construction in Andover, KS area with many more to come!

From there, we designed the site plans and ensured all entitlements and public interactions were taken care of as needed.
