The challenge with Dutch Bros Coffee began with due diligence on not one but seven needed locations. That meant site selection, entitlements, public-facing work, pulling together the construction documents, and permitting for locations throughout the Kansas City metro area as well as the states of Kansas and Oklahoma.

A car wash franchise out of SEC country was looking to expand into the ever growing Houston market, but also needed a land development partner throughout their whole market rollout that ensured a consistent set of design documents, advice on site selection based on local requirements and drainage issues (see Hurricane Harvey), all while navigating the notoriously cumbersome permitting process in the Houston/Harris County area.
