Dutch Bros Coffee
The challenge with Dutch Bros Coffee began with due diligence on not one but seven needed locations. That meant site selection, entitlements, public-facing work, pulling together the construction documents, and permitting for locations throughout the Kansas City metro area as well as the states of Kansas and Oklahoma.

Greenlight Dispensaries
Aubry Enterprises was introduced to the Greenlight team through our relationship with Crossland Construction to help with the rollout of their dispensary and grow operations throughout the Kansas City Market. Aubry helped Greenlight navigate the unique and unusual regulations that come with the nature of its business while successfully meeting the state’s strict timeline requirements for issuing operating permits.

Rich’s Car Wash
A car wash franchise out of SEC country was looking to expand into the ever-growing Houston market but also needed a land development partner throughout their whole market rollout that ensured a consistent set of design documents, advice on site selection based on local requirements, and drainage issues (see Hurricane Harvey), all while navigating the notoriously cumbersome permitting process in the Houston/Harris County area. So they turned to Aubry Enterprises, and together, they have been working through 10 sites over the past year, with more on the way!
